At Test
Coach Tutoring, we carefully screen our tutors and
match them to the needs of our students. We look for tutors who are
serious about making a difference in the lives of their students.
Tutor Interview
At the personal interview, we evaluate the candidate's professional appearance,
demeanor, and abilities. We verify their credentials, collect proof of
degree status, and obtain letters of recommendation. We also get an
impression of their personality, which is critical in the tutor-student matching
process.
References
We require at least three references. We will contact each reference and
ask for an honest evaluation of the tutor's teaching skills, comportment, and
enthusiasm.
Signed Agreement
When we add a tutor to our company, we sign an agreement with the tutor.
This agreement details our professional relationship with the tutor as well as
the tutor's responsibilities toward the student.
